Do you know where you will spend Eternity?

Everyone will step into Eternity one day. Some sooner than later. Do you know where you will go? The Bible says there is only one of two places people go when they die. Heaven or Hell. The questions is, where will you go?

The Truth about Eternity

Eternity according to the Bible offers us one of two places a person goes when they die, either Heaven or Hell. The decision you make in this life will determine where you will spend eternity.  Many people believe that by being a good person they will go to Heaven, but the Bible says in Matthew 19:17 "There is none good, but one, that is, God."  You see no one is good enough to go to Heaven, according to the Bible. The Bible says in Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."

Some might say, "But I belong to a certain religion and that's why I will go to Heaven."  The Bible says in the gospel of John 14:6 "Jesus sayeth unto him, I am the way, the truth and the life, and no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."  According to the Bible religion will not get you to Heaven.  Again, the Bible says in Romans 3:23 "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."  Being good or religious will never get you to Heaven. Some might say, "I would rather spend Eternity in Hell with my friends."  Hell is not a party. It is a very real place where people who have rejected Jesus as their Saviour will go.  The Bible says in Luke 16:23 "And in hell he lifted up his eyes, being in torments."  Hell is a place of suffering in torments for those who reject Jesus in this life.  There is only one way to Heaven and that's through Jesus. Jesus shed His precious blood on the cross of Calvary to pay for all our sins, and only by accepting what He did on the cross will ever get you there.  The Bible says in Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."   Jesus is the LORD GOD and if he is not your LORD there is no hope for you.  Romans 10:9 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."  Will you bow your head in prayer and put your trust in the LORD JESUS and ask Him to save you from your sins and for Him to be your LORD?  Do this now, before it's too late.
